What to Expect During the Enrollment Process
Schedule a Tour and Interview
Start by connecting with our admissions team to schedule a tour of our Dallas campus. This visit gives you the chance to explore our space, meet instructors, and get a feel for what life is like as a COLLECTIV Academy student. You’ll also complete a brief interview so we can learn more about your goals and make sure our program is the right fit.
Submit Your Application
After your tour, you’ll work with your advisor to submit your completed application and supporting documents. Once you’re accepted, we’ll issue an official letter of acceptance that outlines your tuition, class start date, and everything you need to prepare for orientation.
Meet With Our Team
Before orientation, you’ll have a pre-enrollment meeting where we’ll walk through important program info, including completion and licensure rates, placement data, and what to expect from the industry. This ensures you feel confident and informed heading into your training.
Attend Orientation
Orientation is mandatory and takes place before your program start date. During this session, you’ll receive a printed copy of the school catalog, get your student kit and locker assignment, and have your student photo taken. We’ll also walk through school policies and expectations to make sure you’re fully prepared.

Financial Aid & Payment Options
We know that investing in your education is a big step, and we’re here to help you explore every option. At COLLECTIV Academy in Dallas, financial aid is available to those who qualify. Our campus is accredited by NACCAS and approved by the U.S. Department of Education, which allows us to participate in federal financial aid programs. We also offer payment plans for students who are not using federal aid.
Not sure where to start? Our financial aid coordinator will walk you through the entire process, from filling out the FAFSA to reviewing award options and building a plan that works for you.
